Based on circuit diagrams and specified components, we procure all the material and manufacture for you everything from simple sub-distribution boards and terminal boxes to marshaling, measuring instrument and DCS cabinets, and main distribution boards.
As a full-range supplier, our engineering department is naturally also pleased to undertake the planning for our customers on a wide variety of the most modern CAD/CAE systems, the design as well as the layout and specification of the required components and parts.
Every control cabinet undergoes multiple tests during production - from the assembly, labelling, and wiring to the final professional final inspection under the currently applicable relevant standards, specifications, and guidelines.
Our modern workshop as well as our experienced and well-coordinated team enable us to offer flexible, fast, and also customised individual and series production with state-of-the-art technologies and innovative processes.

Our company, FIW, has been dealing with the high-temperature technology of heat transfer oil plants as well as thermal post-combustion plants for decades. Our range of services includes engineering, manufacturing, assembly, and the annual legally required tests and inspections.
To meet the growing demands of measurement and control technology, from planning and control cabinet construction to assembly, as well as the relevant regulations, we were looking for a suitable partner, which we found in Finze & Wagner.

Wasseraufbereitung für die OMV Austria Exploration & Production GmbH
Die OMV Austria Exploration & Production GmbH errichtete eine neue Wasseraufbereitung im Nordosten von Wien am Standort Schönkirchen (AUSTRIA). In dieser Anlage wird das aus den verschiedensten Erdölgewinnungsstationen stammende Formationswasser gereinigt. Öl und Feststoffe werden abgetrennt und das gereinigte Formationswasser anschließend über ein Leitungsnetzwerk zu den Injektoren verpumpt und injiziert.
Die Aufbereitung des Formationswassers ist in 3 Stufen realisiert:
Die neue Wasseraufbereitung Leistungsumfang der fiwa)group ersetzt die alte Wasserflutanlage und benötigt hierbei nur ein Fünftel der Anlagengrundfläche. Das geschlossene Anlagensystem reduziert die CO2 Emissionen um 70%. Des Weiteren ist die Anlage so weit automatisiert, dass ein mannloser Betrieb mit einer Anlagenverfügbarkeit von 99,9 % gewährleistet werden kann. Das eingesetzte Leitsystem zur Automatisierung ist APROL von Bernecker & Rainer. Um den hohen Automatisierungsgrad und die Anlagenverfügbarkeit gewährleisten zu können, wurden 11 redundante B&R X20-CPUs und redundante Runtimeserver verbaut.
