The expectations of industrial customers in terms of cost-efficient and on-time completion of projects are constantly increasing. Project durations are increasingly becoming shorter due to the ever more modern technology, although the degree of complexity of the products to be manufactured and the process engineering requirements are increasing. These factors more and more complicate smooth project execution and often harm customer relations, the project team, and, last but not least, the project manager. The lived experience of long-standing project managers alone is often no longer sufficient to lead projects in automation technology to success.

The training is intended to help project managers of automation projects to complete a project within the planned deadlines and costs, with the available resources, and to increase the effectiveness or reduce problems and errors.
